Eligibility Criteria for Admission in BS Allied Health Sciences Degree Programs
(Affiliated with University of Health Sciences, Lahore)
- Program Overview:
Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Sciences is a 4-year degree program comprising 8 semesters. The program is designed to prepare competent professionals in various healthcare disciplines under the curriculum and regulations approved by the University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore.
- BS Medical Imaging Technology (4 year)
- BS Medical Labatory Technology (4 year)
- BS Operation Theatre Technology (4 year)
- BS Human Nutrition & Dietetics (4 year)
- Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants seeking admission must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Academic Qualification:
- F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) or equivalent with:
- Minimum 60% unadjusted marks from any recognized Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Pakistan.
- Age Limit:
- There is no age restriction for admission in BS Allied Health Sciences degree programs.
- Required Documents:
Candidates must scan and upload the following original documents on admission portal:
- Matriculation (SSC) Certificate
- Intermediate (F.Sc. Pre-Medical) Certificate
- Domicile Certificate
- National Identity Card/Form-B
- Passport size photographs
- It is mandatory for all applicants to have their original Matriculation and F.Sc (Pre-Medical) certificates or result cards attested by the Inter Board Coordination Commission (IBCC).
Equivalence certificate from Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) is mandatory for foreign qualifications.
- Admission Test:
- All applicants are required to successfully qualify entrance test conducted by the institute.
- Application Process:
- Application forms must be submitted through the official admission portal before the deadline.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
- Application processing fee Voucher of Rs. 2,500/- (non-refundable) through bank deposit slip at Bank of Punjab, Account No. 6580008550400058 OR deposit the same amount in ONLINE account PK51BPUN6580008550400058 under account title Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center.
- The application fee is not being received through “Raast online transfer app” temporarily because the paying persons are not identifiable with this mode of payment.
- Selection Criteria:
Admission will be granted purely on merit basis and merit will be determined based on the aggregate percentage calculated from:
- Matriculation (10%)
- F.Sc. Pre-Medical (40%)
- Entry Test / Interview (50%)

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in 1-Year Post Basic Diploma Programs in Nursing
(Affiliated with Nursing Examination Board, Lahore)
PKLI Institute of Nursing & Allied Health Sciences also offers 1 year post-basic diplomas in the following categories:
- Post Basic Diploma in Nephrology Nursing (1 Year)
- Post Basic Diploma in Critical Care Nursing (1 Year)
- Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants seeking admission must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Academic Qualification:
- Diploma in General Nursing (or BScN) completed
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) and have valid PNMC (Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council) license
- Permission from employer (for in-service candidates)
- Age Limit:
- There is no age restriction for admission in 1-Year Post Basic Diploma Program in Nursing.
- Admission Test:
- All applicants are required to successfully qualify entrance test conducted by the institute.
- Required Documents:
