
Overview
A seasoned Human Resources professional with over 16 years of experience, Aisha has led HR departments in prominent healthcare institutions. Her career began at One Tree Hill – Training Consultancy, sister-concern of Etimaad Engineering, where she gained valuable insights into a diverse range of industries. She later honed her HR expertise at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, where she played a key role in driving HR initiatives that supported organizational growth, culture, and employee well-being as a head of HR department.
In 2022, Aisha joined Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Centre (PKLI&RC), continuing her dedication to advancing HR practices in the healthcare sector. Throughout her career, she has also served as a trainer in HR and soft skills, and as a member of numerous institutional leadership and management committees.
She is a Certified Director by SECP and Pakistan Stock Exchange, through a certification from LUMS, and has served as an honorary member of the standing committee of Training and Development at Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Among her notable achievements are leading Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation and re-accreditation at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre and PKLI&RC. She has implemented a 360-degree performance management system which was hugely admired and successful. Aisha played a pivotal role in helping her organizations navigate the challenges of COVID-19, developing HR strategies that ensured growth and stability without layoffs during the pandemic.
Recognized for her leadership and dedication, Aisha has received multiple awards, including Best Employee of the Year in 2014 & 2018, Long Service awards, and a Star Performer recognition for JCI. Her academic excellence is further exemplified by a Distinction Award and Merit Scholarship from the University of the Punjab.
