Dr. Safia Khan, joined as consultant Pediatric hematology oncology in department of Bone marrow transplant. She did her FCPS Pediatrics in 2013 followed by FCPS in Pediatric Hematology Oncology from CPSP, Pakistan.

She has worked in various capacities in Pediatric Hematology oncology department of leading hospitals. She got training in Pediatric hematology oncology from Shaukat Khanam Memorial Hospital Lahore and The Children’s Hospital and Institute of Child Health, Lahore; then continued as Senior Registrar Pediatric Hematology Oncology in The Children’s Hospital Lahore. She recently worked as an Assistant Consultant Pediatric Hematology Oncology & Stem Cell Transplant at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for more than 3 years and upgraded her knowledge and skills. She got further training in bone marrow transplant from AFBMTC, Rawalpindi.

She has multiple national and international publications in her field.

She is a member of Pakistan Pediatric Association (PPA), Pakistan Society of Pediatric Oncology (PSPO), The Pediatric Oncology east and Mediterranean (POEM) Group, and Pakistan Blood and Marrow Transplant (PBMT) Group.
