Dr. Assad completed his FCPS residency in Urology at Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad. He worked as an Assistant Consultant/Specialist Urologist at Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad, and also served as Assistant Professor of Urology at Islamic International Medical College/Riphah University and PAF Medical College. He has worked as a Consultant Urologist at PAF Hospital and Maroof International Hospital, Islamabad.
Dr. Assad is certified in Robotic Surgery from CMR. Currently, he serves as a Consultant and Program Director for the Urology Residency Program at PKLI&RC. He also initiated the Urology Residency Training Program under the umbrella of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan.
