Dr Bhatty has completed his MBBS from King Edward Medical College, Lahore. He had training in Mayo Hospital, Lahore. He proceeded to the UK for his postgraduate training. He passed his FRCS and worked in the UK and later in the Middle East as a Consultant in Urology.
