With more than 28 years of hands-on experience encompassing hospital, home health, and primary care environments, Ms. Kalsoom Ramzan is a committed professional who thrives within multidisciplinary teams across diverse systems and administrations. Her professional career includes pivotal roles like Nursing Director at PKLI&RC since 2021 and Associate Chief Nursing Officer at Shifa International Hospital Ltd, Islamabad, where she has been employed for 22 years. Having completed her graduation from the Pakistan Army with four years of service, she brings a rich reservoir of experience and a patient-centered care philosophy.
Throughout her tenure, Ms. Ramzan has showcased innovative caregiving skills paired with practical clinical expertise, making substantial contributions to significant milestones such as facilitating 1000 transplants. Her prolonged service at Shifa International Hospital has been acknowledged with gratitude for her loyal and distinguished contributions, underscoring her steadfast commitment to the nursing profession.
