The team has strong links with the surgical hepatobiliary and liver transplant team in providing high-quality service for both pre and post-liver transplant children.
We have adopted a multidisciplinary approach especially for children requiring liver transplants by involving hepatology, surgical liver transplant & interventional radiology teams and coordinators to work together in a coordinated way in providing care and support for each patient. We also involve dietitians to help children and parents manage their condition.
We care passionately about making children better and helping them to live happy and healthy lives.
